Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Fetch and the Fetch browser extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fetch ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using Fetch.

2. Use of Service & Extensions

a. Personal & Lawful Use

Fetch is made available for lawful search and web browsing. You may freely configure your custom search filters, boost domains, and use our browser companion tools.

b. Prohibited Uses

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape at abusive volume, flood our servers, or interfere with other users' search operations.

3. Third-Party Search Results

Fetch indexes and retrieves information from the open web. We do not control or endorse the content found on external third-party sites. Clicking external search results directs you to third-party domains subject to their own terms and policies.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Fetch and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.

5. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms as Fetch grows. Any changes will take effect once posted on this page.
